During the years as an HVAC/R student they are involved in developing an understanding of electrical principles, wiring diagrams and related electrical components. The students spend a lot of time learning about the mechanics of Refrigeration, refrigerant handling system problem diagnostics. The program includes sheet metal fabrication for duct systems, soldering and brazing as related to refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
